Residual passive income is necessary if you desire financial and time freedom. If you currently are an employee working for someone, you must exchange your time for an income. Without a residual passive income your wealth and ability to have time freedom has a cap on it. In corporate America the freedom of choice concerning your lifestyle of doing what you want to do, when you want to do it and where you want to do it is nonexistent unless the residual passive income is there.

Most of us work at a job and as mentioned must trade our time for money. The time paradox can be broken down into to types of time. Indentured time which is the time we must spend working on our job, the time we spend eating, the time we spend sleeping and any other time that we must spend meeting our financial liabilities. Free time is the time we all seem to be wanting; however unable to obtain for various reasons.

Once we have an understanding as to the only solution to the situation concerning little time freedom, no financial freedom and how to acquire it. We can then begin to live a lifestyle most people dream about. This is both financial and time freedom. So to sum up there are only two types of time. Passive time and trading time for dollars time. The wealthy build legacies through passive income. So this is the answer. Residual passive income is essential for financial and time freedom.

My question to you is this: Are you currently stressed out over money? Are you and your spouse arguing over finances? Will you be arguing over money next week, next month and next year? Well a residual passive income eliminates those stresses. Is your residual passive income lower than your expenses? And let me add this money does not equal lifestyle. Time does not equal lifestyle. Only residual passive income equals lifestyle.

Calculate your expenses on the mortgage or rent, groceries, heating or air conditioning, health insurance, car payments, car maintenance, credit card debt, internet, cable TV, cell phone and any other expenses you have. The E stands for employee - you don't want there. Here you are trading time for dollars, no time freedom, paying high amount of taxes to name just a few negatives. The S on the bottom left is almost as bad. It stands for self-employed and again no time freedom with many negatives. So the bottom line is you do not want to be on the left side of the quadrant.

Now on the top right is a B. This is a business owner with many negatives. One of which is again time freedom. Now here is where you want to be. On the bottom right of the quadrant. This is where you placed the I. The Inventor or investor is where now you create the residual passive income. This is where your money goes to work for you without you being active with it, thus giving you time freedom while your money grows exponentially.

So you might be asking, what is residual passive income? It is any kind of income where you do not have to actively work for that income while you earn money from it. The 3 ways to accomplish this is through royalties, inventions and home-based businesses.

One of the most common MLM prospecting blunder has something to do with not understanding how receptive your prospect is to the industry. Most network marketers display desperation in their body language and voice. Desperation comes across when you attempt to sell something or get someone to join or do something that is not ready for that step or anywhere close to it for that matter. People are looking for a WHIFM (What's In It For Me).

It is like asking the stranger at the bar to sleep with you, network marketers that send their company links or “join now” lingo to people they do not actually know and have no idea where they are temperature wise is one of the biggest ways this industry is viewed at by many with skepticism. Network marketing is a better, leveraged way to make a living so why do we have to devalue it by being such crap sales people, throwing up on people and blasting our links to anyone and everyone whether they have a pulse or not?

Here is an unfortunate story of MLM prospecting and how to avoid them.

The other day a lady sent me a message on the wall of my Facebook profile page a very short message and in a nut shell said said “Lloyd, join me! Click here!” of which I replied in a private message back to her, is that really your pitch my friend? You might consider a different approach. She replied how she desperately needed me to join and it was not nice that I was so rude to her…then five minutes later sent me a bible verse.

This is what I am talking about. YOU do not DESPERATELY need ANYONE. In fact, this was my actual response to her:

“Here’s the thing you have to understand, you don’t desperately need anyone, you have the power to become one of the greatest networkers in the world but you have to choose to be. Stop being someone of desperation. BE someone of power and being someone that gets offended easily will prevent you from receiving coaching aimed at helping you, which, was the only way I got out of my financial and mental woes.”

NOTE: If you are the person that wrote this to me, I won’t share who you are, but I hope you see that I was only trying to help. So, how do you prevent these MLM prospecting follies?

Here are a few of Lloyd's - Rules of MLM Prospecting

1). You don’t need anyone. Never get caught up on one prospect no matter their potential. Lots of times the ones with the most potential also tend to do the least.

2). Never send an unsolicited link. Stop throwing hail mary’s into the end zone and hoping for a touchdown and instead work your prospect until they are ready to see a link. Instead start sending ONLY value to help someone become a better human being or to help them with their prospecting and growth of their business. The value you offer is in a direct result of the income you will make. If you desire a 6 figure income, then you must deliver value worth 6 figures.

3). Find out why someone would be possibly interested in your opportunity BEFORE you suggest they join. One of my favorite questions is Why? Asking why has allowed me to recruit hundreds of people into my network marketing business AND it was their idea.

4). NEVER CONVINCE. I repeat, NEVER CONVINCE. If someone is negative, I say, “Cool, not a fit for you, it is no biggie, let me ask you this, do you know anyone that has been affected by the economy that actually MIGHT want to make some extra money?”

Raising the conversation level within network marketing is important, if you desire it to reward you. We DO NOT need to go begging people to get in or thinking we are lesser human beings for being in this amazing industry. Go out and make it your best day ever!

Coaching and Why We Need It? - Are Coaches or Mentors Really Necessary?

What is life coaching and do we really need it? How to obtain goals with a coach and to overcome the roadblocks in life. How to find profitable keywords for search engine optimization for top search engine ranking requires finding a profitable opportunity to go along with the keywords. First of all, you must build your site around, almost exclusively, a single keyword. The reason for this it gives your site a very narrow, but razor sharp focus. Remember, we want to do the least amount of off page search engine optimization (SEO) possible and the way to do that is to be specific. Very specific.

Choosing a keyword is arguably the most important part of the whole process. Choose the wrong keyword, and right off the bat you've limited your profitability or worse yet, set your self up to make no money at all.

Now it doesn't matter what market or niche the keyword is in because with a couple of hour's research you can write about just about anything.

Now, what does matter is that it's a good keyword.

What attributes are we looking for in our main keyword?

   1) A niche you can monitize (make sure there's products related to the keyword).
   2) A keyword you can monitize.
   3) Anything that get's over 2,000 searches per month according to Google's keyword tool.
   4) A level of competition we can compete in.

There is no point spending all that time creating a website about something you can't make money from. You need to be able to monetize your niche so make sure it's got products to promote and desperate buyers.

A KEYWORD YOU CAN MONETIZE

We've looked at it from a 'market or niche level' which would be things like: affiliate marketing, approaching women, make money online. Notice I said stuff like approaching women instead of mens dating advice - Not too general; but not too specific either.

Now we look at it from a keyword level, which is more specific to our site. This is one of the little nuggets of gold (if you can call it that) and is something that many marketers who aren't experienced with Adwords and something called negative keywords forget about.

Okay. Just because you're getting free traffic through this system it doesn't mean that you shouldn't scrutinize how profitable that keyword actually is.

The individual keyword should not be a browsing keyword like 'cameras', instead, it should be more closely linked to buying or specific problem. If you are doing this for stuff other than Clickbank products for example, you could make a site about a specific model of camera that had an affiliate program.

Or another example, a keyword like: "how to loose weight fast" would be a good one to use because the searcher clearly has a problem that they want to solve. And it's a problem they will pay money for to solve also (since weight loss is a massive million dollar market). Plus you are probably unlikely to rank for a broader keyword like 'camera' or 'weight loss' anyway, you'd have way too many competitors, so stick to quite specific terms.

HERE ARE THE THREE KEYWORD RULES:

1) It must be related to buying or targeting a market that it's needs (problems) are closely related to what the product offers.

2) Long tail, usually. Why? Because the shorter keywords probably won't be buying keywords and more importantly you won't be able to rank with them. So usually go for keywords with 3 or more keywords. Not just 1 or 2 words.

3) And the final rule: This figure is based upon trial and error; but by no means set in stone. The rule of over 3,000 searches per month. Searches less than that are not worth fighting over pennies. You want to create sites that generate $300 per month or more.

Don't be lazy with your keyword search!

How do you know if people are searching for a product? A high gravity on Clickbank for example would usually indicate that there is bound to be a lot of people searching for it.

Let's say you are ranked #1 on Google for the term and get a conversion of 50% of the traffic to your site. Although, you'll probably get more once optimized your page title. And let's say you have a 1% conversion rate which is the standard and using this method closer to 3%. Finally, you're promoting a product that pays $30 commission, once again conservative in an industry where everyone seems to now offer on back sales also.

So, 1,500 visitors means 15 customers which means 15x30 = $450 in sales, every single month from a site that's going to take just hours to set up!

So as a closing comment on competition, take all of these guidelines into account and look for less than 13,000 competing websites as the utopia; however no more than 30,000.
